Welcome!

Looking for a craft project? I usually am! I have been crafting in some form ever since I developed a little hand-eye coordination.

My Grandma taught me how to knit before I was 10. Later I learned how to crochet. And more recently, I've been creating my own patterns.  I belong to a yarning group at church.  In addition to sharing stories, we knit and crochet for those in need.  It's a fun way to learn techniques and share patterns.

A few years ago, my sister-in-law got me hooked on scrapbooking, which leads easily into card-making. I took what she taught me, and added a few spins of my own. I love using materials in unexpected ways. That probably comes from my need to be fiscally responsible.  Most recently, I learned Origami.  I had dabbled in it ever since childhood, but I got really hooked when one of my students started making things he'd learned in his other classroom.  It's amazing what a little piece of paper can become.

At the top of the page, you can click on the pictures to see more about what I've done, designs I've made, and videos to show you how to make need projects of your own.  You can also find most of the materials you'll need by shopping in my store.

In addition to hands-on creating, I like designing on my computer.  I put together this website, as well as the following:
